Extremely old vines. Almost 80 years old vines (planted in 1952), and ultra 100 year old vines on native rootstock (piede franco). 5 ha in Bosco Eliceo with the altitude of -1 m/ -3 ft.
Fermentation includes 20 days with temperature control and 1 day on the skins. The first fermentation is in the tank with native yeasts, and then the second is done in a bottle with the addition of grape must from the same year.
