Volcanic and basaltic soils, with a clay texture, acids and rich in organic matter.

Vinification

Destemmed and pressed grapes. Fermentation is stopped on the sixth or seventh day with the addition of neutral vinous alcohol at 96% ABV.

Aging

Aged in American or French oak old casks, in the natural process of "Canteiro"
