Viticulture

The Fonchette River runs along the vineyard from south-west to north-east, giving the vines a south- east exposure, which provides the best results as they receive the rays from the early morning sun. Consequently the air temperature gets higher earlier. “Lutte raisonnée” (sustainable agriculture) is practiced in the vineyard.
