All LYON rums are double distilled, by hand, in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana Cane - a unique, hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and blackstrap molasses. Our COFFEE RUM combines our love of great ocffee and strong cocktails. We carefully infuse all natural, whole ingredients into our white rum: two distinctive varieties of organic, locally roasted coffee from RISE UP COFFEE (Easton, MD) as well as cacao shells from CHOCOTENANGO (Washington DC) resulting in a rich, smooth, sippable liqueur that delights coffee and chocolate lovers alike. With just a touch of sweetness for balance, it balances rich authentic flavor while remaining spirit-forward.
