Distilling Process

Equal parts Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger and Bigelow Blackberry Citrus teas. Amoretti natural lemon extract and basil oil, cane sugar, citric acid, filtered water.

All of our canned cocktails are hand mixed by the distilling team. In this way we can closely supervise each step of the process. Once mixed and the final flavor is judged to be consistent, we package the cocktails in 250 mL cans on our Alpha canning line.

To make the Berry Lemon Crush, herbal teas are steeped overnight in sugar cane neutral spirit to extract maximum flavor. The next day, the tea base is combined with sugar, citric acid, natural extracts and water to achieve an alcohol by volume of 7%.
