Description
Originally just gin, lemon, and honey, this drink gets a modern facelift with a couple key additions. An aromatic juniper forward gin serves a backbone for three different types of citrus: clarified lemon juice, Meyer lemon zest, and yuzu juice for complex tartness. Wildflower honey provides the rich sweetness, but it's married with the addition of English lavender for an added floral layer for subtle complexity.
