Tasting Note
This sake is made to complement food. It is dry and crisp, with nice acidity and a quick finish, making you want to go back for another sip. The label features the Maneki Kitsune or Good Luck Fox, which is based on all the Kitsune (Fox) statues at the famous and nearby, Fushimi Inari Shrine. For pairings I’d have this sake with any thing creamy or rich, but it’s so versatile it could go with almost anything.
