About Barón do Sil

Baron de Sil is the newest passion project of third generation grape grower and vineyard collector, Oscar Montaña. With many abandoned wineries left behind from the Galician boom of oughts, Oscar took his time to plant his roots in the remote hillsides of Ourense in DO Valdeorras. His experience shines through these incredibly fresh and textural wines new to the United States.
