White Rum
All LYON rums are double distilled, by hand, in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana Cane - a unique, hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and blackstrap molasses. Unfiltered & Unaged, the White Rum is a robust, rum lovers' rum: bright notes of grassy cane sugar are balanced by hints of deep molasses, resulting in a bold, distinctive cane spirit.
Sailor's Reserve Rum
All LYON rums are double distilled, by hand, in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana Cane - a unique, hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and blackstrap molasses. The Sailors Reserve starts as our classic white rum, finished "reposada style" in American Oak (former bourbon barrels) for up to 12 months, preserving it's youthful character while layering hints of vanilla and oak, for a delicate, dry finish.
Rock & Rum
All LYON rums are double distilled, by hand, in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana Cane - a unique, hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and blackstrap molasses. Our ROCK & RUM is the ideal rum old fashioned - in a bottle. Developed by founder Jaime Windon, and inspired by her love of all things rum - this spirit is a play on old-school Rock & Rye. It starts as our signature rum, blended with a housemade caramel, infused with orange peels, dark Italian cherries, and bitters. (It's our favorite!)
Dark Rum

Our flagship Dark Rum is unlike any other: unaged, yet rich & complex, a sippable, slightly smoky dark rum with notes of butterscotch, baking spices & caramelized sugar.
Curaçao
All LYON rums are double distilled, by hand, in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana Cane - a unique, hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and blackstrap molasses. Our CURAÇAO is a remarkable orange liqueur bursting with bright citrus and island spice. We start by infusing our white rum with all-natural, high quality whole ingredients: steeping bitter & sweet orange peel into the rum, along with spices like cardamom, clove and camomile. The result is a superb & dynamic liqueur with incredible versatility and only the slightest hint of sweetness.
