Sourced from old vines (35-40 years old) in clay/limestone and ancient alluvial terroirs to the northwest of Béziers. Yields of 4.67 tons/acre. Night harvested.

Stainless steel vinifcation at controlled temperatures. Direct pressed, with no maceration. Underwent partial (60%) malolactic conversion. Matured 2 months on the fine lees.
