Tasting Note
Aged in stainless steel for a period of approximately 7-8 months. The wine is then neither filtered nor clarified. A blend of 50% Barbera and 50% Merlot, it expresses itself in the glass in all its freshness and acidity, in an enveloping and juicy sip. Raspberry, cherry cola, dark fruit with some tobacco and violets are present on the finish. Light bodied with a snappy texture and light, silky tannins.
