Refulu is a dialect word for wind. Differing from Libici, this wind is the sea breeze that arrives from the Tyrrhenian Sea around 6 – 7pm each day. They believe it brings salinity, purity, and minerality to their wines.
Greco bianco grapes are de-stemmed and soft-crushed; without maceration the clarified must then fermented with original yeasts at a controlled temperature of 21 °C for about 20 days.

The wine undergoes the process of aging for a period of 2 months in stainless steel tanks (304) thermoconditioned. Aging in bottle for 2 months.
