The last two days in February. Harvest is realized manually in small trays of 20 kg in order not to damage the grapes. Before vinification, meticulous sorting is performed by hand in order to select the best grapes.
Lujan de Cuyo
100% Malbec. Fermentation with selected yeast at controlled temperature of 15 °C.
1 year in French oak (30% new).

Has a fabulous nose with notes of oak, plums, blueberries and citrus. A very fruity and juicy wine with a smooth rounded finish and nice concentration. This is not overly complex, but perfectly balanced with a long finish.
