This is the story of Decibel Wines, the short version at least. It’s about how Winemaker and Journeyman, Daniel Brennan, moved from centre city Philadelphia, USA to Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand to learn about wines. He discovered a beautiful place with so many beautiful friends and wines. He now calls Hawke’s Bay home but comes back to Philadelphia as often as possible to pour his wines with his brother, Jamie at McCrossen’s Tavern.
