Tasting Notes
This reserve was entirely whole cluster-fermented with native yeast. A firm, muscular wine, its black fruits are set sharply against ample acidity. There’s a slight aroma and flavor of tanned leather. It was aged in a twoton (presumably neutral) oak tank.
