From very old Syrah vines brought up in concrete round Galileo tanks and new barrels, the 2023 Ventoux Divergent is another pure, seamless, silky beauty that does everything right. Black and blue fruits, pepper, sappy garrigue, and some gamey notes all give this a Cornas-like vibe, but it's incredibly pure, polished, and elegant on the palate, with fine tannins.
