Tasting Notes
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Spare Me offers more complexity in its spicy oak, dried flowers, cassis and currant-like aromas and flavors. ItÕs savorier on the palate, however, and while the tannin is polished, there's a dry edge. Nevertheless, it's beautifully balanced, has plenty of fruit and a great finish. Give it another year or two as well.
