Surely it would be difficult to find a better bang for the Chardonnay buck than the Mays. Tropical papaya, macadamia nut and grass skirt aromas sway in the air, followed by flavors of ripe mango, butter, coriander and honey. The wine’s rich, almost creamy texture is balanced by zippy acidity.
