The 2022 Bishop Shiraz is silky and concentrated, with lashings of regionally persuasive fruit and chewy tannin. Though not a hugely complex wine, it is very satisfying and delivers a convincing argument for Barossa Shiraz. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
