From the high-elevation region of Orange in New South Wales, this organic Shiraz shows the coolness of the climate and the power of the variety. It opens with a nose of plump, brambly berry notes, cracked black pepper, earthy, savory spices and a slight meaty note. The palate is more austere, thanks to dusty tannins that firmly grip the juicy fruit, but it’s also fresh and balanced. Drink now with protein at hand or cellar through 2027.
