The 2025 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc leads with spicy leaf herbs (coriander, jalapeño and the like). It's chalky and white accented, with sweet green pea and tonic water. This is a concentrated, punchy wine with plenty to offer in the way of texture and complexity. It's really good. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
