Tasting Notes
The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is juicy, bright, grassy, green and a little vegetal, with a profusion of white flowers, nashi pear and lemon barley. In the mouth, the acidity is crunchy, making for pert, fresh drinking. I was recently in Brisbane visiting my family, and my Nanna loves this wine—we consumed quite a bit of it over that week, and I can confirm it is a suitable match to the warm and humid Brisbane weather. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
