Tasting Notes
Disgorged in June of 2025 with zero dosage and based on 100% Marsanne, the 2020 Saint-Péray Les Bulles D'Alain displays a medium gold hue with very fine bubbles. It offers a classy nose of ripe orchard fruits, brioche, green almonds, and croissant. It's medium-bodied and has a pure, layered, elegant mousse, terrific balance, and outstanding length. I like it today, yet it should keep nicely through 2035. Drink 2026-2035.
