Tasting Notes
Bottled in mid-May, the 2020 Régnié underwent an eight-day semi-carbonic maceration in order to preserve the juice and impart more typicity. It has a perfumed bouquet of iris and peony scents percolating through black cherries and cassis fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins and a fine bead of acidity. Very cohesive, with a citrus-fresh finish. Delicious.
