The 2017 Régnié Vallières is a great success, exhibiting a deep bouquet of plum preserve, potpourri and cassis. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy but vibrant, with bright acids, a pure core of fruit and melting tannins, concluding with a flavorful finish. This is especially successful this year and well worth seeking out.
