Inky in color, this blend of Malbec and Syrah has all the ripe, rich, hug-in-a-glass qualities you'd expect from the combo of these varieties. The pepper-sprinkled ripe dark berry fruit is etched in toasty, chocolate notes. Still quite primary and plump, it's a classic steak wine, but should gain more complexity with another several years in bottle.
