This syrah comes from vines planted in 2006 in the area of Mina del Agua, in the center of Casablanca, a rather warm place within the logic of the valley, which allows the syrah to mature without problems. And here you feel that maturity in its voluptuous texture, and also in its wide and unctuous flavors. The spine is composed of firm tannins and a juicy acidity that gives freshness.
