Tasting Notes
Spicy, somewhat honeyed nose showing notes of red cherry. The Pinot Nero has a lush texture with pomegranate and red cherry notes. Excellent finish, clean and long.and spicy. From a 5.5 acre vineyard at 1650′ altitude. Destemmed and fermented in 30 hl casks and aged in new and used French barriques for 12 months.
