Tasting Notes
Light yellow gold. Also done in a ripe style, this Pinot Grigio bears no resemblance to the supermarket wines made in much of the Veneto. This one has good viscosity, a full mouthfeel, and moderate acidity that complements and balances the rich fruit. Gorgeous drinking. The Maso Papa vineyard is 1.5 acres at 950 feet altitude and is traditionally Pergola trained. About 20 percent fermented in barrique.
