Tasting Notes
I loved the 2022 Ventoux Persia, a pure, vibrant Ventoux based on mostly Syrah with 10% Mourvèdre. Ripe black, red, and blue fruit, lots of peppery herbs, violets, and floral notes, medium body, beautiful overall balance, and ripe, integrated tannins all make for a gorgeous 2022 that will drink nicely right out of the gate.
