A mind-blowing wine for the humble müller-thurgau grape, this is brimming with yellow grapefruit, sliced pears, passion fruit and just a whisker of funk. Serious concentration, but without opulence (it weighs in at 13 per cent alcohol), then enormous, chalky minerals at the very long finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
