Tasting Notes
The 2016 Meritaggio offers quite a bit more depth and overall darkness than is often the case. Black cherry, spice and new leather are nicely pushed forward in this decidedly succulent, juicy edition of the Meritaggio. The Sangiovese is not especially evident.
