Tasting Notes
The 2022 Listán Blanco was produced with grapes from growers in the zone of Acentejo at 550 to 750 meters above sea level. It fermented in 1,500-liter oak foudres and 500-liter barrels, where it matured with lees for 10 months. It has a shy nose, clean and with the oak neatly integrated, despite the fact that this first year all the oak was new. It's medium-bodied with a chalky mouthfeel and good balance. 3,330 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2023.
