Tasting Notes
Bright medium yellow. Slightly subdued scents of ripe stone fruits, oatmeal, hazelnut and menthol. Sweet and pliant in the mouth, showing lovely floral lift and surprising acidity to its fruit-driven flavors of pineapple and ripe peach. Lively more than large-scaled, this suave, fully ripe wine is a bit muffled today but is not at all exaggerated. Finishes with lovely purity, cut and length. -- Stephen Tanzer
