Potent aromas of bold cherry and berry fruits meet with prominent clove, nutmeg and caramel-candy aromas on the approachable nose of this bottling, which is mostly Grenache with a "little" Syrah and even less Carignan. The richness of the berry-laden palate is cut by flashes of garrigue and thyme, accented with a peppery finish. Best Buy.
