Tasting Notes
Very nutty, with aromas of peanut butter, smoky woodland and tarte tatin. Seems to be frothy at the first sip, then the bubbles show their roundness and amazing length, with long, refreshing acidity. Lemony, too. Full body and a persistent finish. Pinot noir and chardonnay. Tasted from magnum. Drink or hold.
