From a cooperative in Cuers, this is a restrained, elegant rosé. A blend of equal parts cinsault and grenache, it feels very Provençal, a smooth sea of strawberry, almond, lemon blossom and thyme flavors. It ends with a pleasant bitter note, a sign that it will hold its own with food.
