Tasting Notes
The 2023 Rosé, a light cotton candy pink in the glass, is smoky and sultry. Pear, toasted hazelnut and slate give an impression of seriousness, but juicy citrus tartness lights up the tongue and cheeks. The 10% Syrah in the blend lends some peppery tannins toward the close. This is cohesive and distinctive, and I like it for both of those reasons!
