A blend of syrah, grenache and carignan fermented entirely in stainless steel, this is immediately appealing in its spicy fruitiness, a supple sip of ripe, purple fruit. With air, syrah’s floral notes emerge, as does the ferrous side of carignan, placing the wine firmly in the south.
