The 2021 Chardonnay Estate is sweetly floral and honeyed with crushed yellow apples and mint enriched by vanilla custard. This sweeps across the palate, silky smooth with cooling acidity and pretty, soothing orchard fruits. Lightly tannic and spicy, this finishes with amazing length and potency, yet also remarkably fresh. A spicy tinge calls the taster back to the glass. The 2021 is showing beautifully today yet has the balance for a steady evolution.
