The 2012 Brut Nature Reserva blends 65% Xarello, 30% Macabeo and 5% Parellada from their vineyards; it matured in bottle with the lees for 30 months and has no dosage added, so it's dry. This shows a step up in complexity and integration of the bubbles, that feel smaller and provide for a creamy texture complementing the clean and fresh style of the house. 25,000 bottles produced.
