Memorias is the second wine of El Principal, produced from an assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon with 34% Carmenère, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. Youthful, perfumed and engaging, with the freshness, texture and balance that define the Grand Vin, it has graceful tannins, notes of mint and green herbs, intense cassis and plum flavours and good length. 2024-30
