Tasting Notes
The 2022 Reserva Brut was produced with a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Chardonnay that matured in bottle, where it refermented with lees for two year. It comes in at 12% alcohol, with high acidity and freshness and with some 6.1 grams of sugar (which has been reduced in the last few years). It has a bright yellow color and a bright and savory nose, nuanced and complex. It has a dry palate and some chalky sensations with a bitter twist in the finish. 23,450 bottles produced. It was disgorged in December 2024.
