The 2020 Brut Reserva Castellroig is a Corpinnat blend of 40% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeu, 20% Parellada and 5% Chardonnay, sourced from Penedès. After 25 months on the lees, it was disgorged in April 2024. Yellow in hue, it offers aromas of lime and ginger with a hint of fennel. Indulgent and laced with finely knit bubbles, the vibrant palate presents a slightly chalky texture—a flavorful interpretation of Corpinnat.
