Disgorged in 2016, the NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Réserve comes from four separate vineyards and spent 36 months on lees. It was finished with 6-8 grams per liter of dosage. It’s a rich, impressively textured Champagne that gives up classic orchard fruits, toasted nuts, and brioche. Made in a ripe, rounded, supple style, with a mouthfilling texture, it’s a rock-solid base Champagne that has plenty of fruit and texture.
