Tasting Notes
Vibrant and very herbaceous, with oily green threads of fresh-cut grass and oregano infusing the plump core of yellow apple and nectarine. Ripe and round on the palate, with the creamy texture firmed up by a wall of smoky mineral and lemon zest. Shows good concentration and great freshness on the clean finish. Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Rolle. Drink now through 2028. 600 cases imported.
