Tasting Notes
The very young white 2023 Bellmunt Blanc was produced with 60% Garnacha Blanca and 30% Macabeo from limestone soils and 10% Viognier from slate soils. It has a balsamic character, with notes of bay leaf and waxy apples. It has contained ripeness, 13.5% alcohol, good freshness and a balanced palate for a warm and very dry year. It was bottled unoaked. 7,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2024.
