A very complex chardonnay for Beaujolais, the fresh herbal notes beautifully integrated with yeasty notes and flinty character. Then, on the palate a wonderful balance of creaminess and lemony crispness, but all this doesn’t prepare you for the brilliant minerality at the extremely refreshing finish. Drink or hold.
