The 2021 Barolo Cerviano-Merli is a very pretty, classy wine. Lifted aromatics, sculpted fruit and mid-weight structure are some of the signatures. Chalk, mint, orange peel and vibrant red-toned fruit all run through this bright Barolo. This is beautifully done.
