The 2020 Barolo Cerviano-Merli is soft, open-knit and very easy to like. Crushed flowers, herbs, mint, macerated cherry, cedar and sweet pipe tobacco give this mid-weight Barolo lovely aromatic presence. The 2020 is quite delicate, lithe and understated, with fine balance and lovely persistence.
